Hoddy’s, a growing premium sustainable dog food brand, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing lead who loves dogs and the countryside.
Hoddy’s is a dry dog food with 2 flavours (Pheasant & Venison) which utilises meat that would normally go to waste to create a high protein, high meat content food for active and working dogs. Launched in 2025 was the much awaited Hoddy's Puppy food which is a great platform for the further growth of Hoddy's.
What you’ll do:
🛒 Sales & Partnerships
Identify new routes to market and drive B2B/B2C growth
Manage collaborations and sample campaigns
Maintain and optimise our CRM (Monday.com)
📣 Marketing & Events
Plan and execute email campaigns, press releases, and media placements
Book and attend occasional events and shows
Oversee artwork, promotional materials, and brand assets
📱 Social Media & Ambassadors
Run our Instagram and Facebook accounts
Develop other forms of social media
Liaise with influencers and partner websites
Identify, onboard, and support brand ambassadors
🧾 Customer Service & Admin
Respond to customer queries and delivery issues
Manage and monetise our customer database
Keep our website and Google profile up to date
Who you are:
A proactive self-starter with experience across sales, marketing, and digital tools
Comfortable juggling tasks and wearing multiple hats
Passionate about dogs, customer care, and growing a purpose-led brand
Familiar with platforms like Shopify, Whirlpay and Monday.com (or quick to learn)

Salary: £35,000 DOE + a generous commission structure
Benefits: 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays, pension scheme, laptop, expenses. Location: 100% remote (UK-based) Start Date: Early 2026
