Cancellation policy
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select when you opt to 'Subscribe' and make your first order.
Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment gateway provider. You are able to change your preferred 'Payment method' within 'My Account'. When your next order is due we will take payment for that repat order using the card details you supplied for your first order. You are not able to pay in advance for all your recurring orders nor do we have the facility to enable such a transaction on your behalf.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at any time.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription simply visit 'My Account' and make the necessary changes to your subscription by clicking on the subscription ID and choosing 'Skip', 'Pause' or 'Cancel'.
